Typically, targeted Executive Search assignments take four to eight weeks and have three stages:

  1. Initial briefing meeting where we agree on the search strategy.
  2. Candidates are approached, interviewed and shortlisted.
  3. Client conducts interviews, selects their ideal candidate and presents an offer. We provide support through to the final salary negotiations and post offer stage.
